Hi I am Rachel and I am a mom of 2 beautiful wild, energetic children. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and have worked a number of other jobs from selling hats to an office services clerk. I now have the privilege to work my toughest gig which is a Stay at Home Mom. I like to think I am a bit of a Jill of many trades and my brain tends to fly in a thousand directions. I have in the last 5 years made my physical and mental health a priority in my life. I workout as my therapy cook and bake to show my creative side and love. I drink and make coffee like it is my side job, as I find a hot flavourful beverage to be like a warm hug.
Over my life I have worked in a number of food establishments, and with so many amazingly talented people that have taught me many different tips, tricks and life skills that have come in handy as I venture forward in my life. My current venture into improving my physical fitness by working out at home, trying to feed and teach my kids about good healthy food and make it fun.
